Mentor Match is back, and this year the Draft kicks off the whole experience!

Friday evening, DCs and students are matched up live, right there in the room, and from that moment through Saturday night, the mentorship is already underway. Classes taught by practicing DCs, every meal together, and the whole TLC community in one place.

For students, this is the weekend that changes the trajectory. You're not just getting a real look at practice life. You're walking away with a mentor who's invested in you, a year of guidance from someone who's already built what you're working toward, and a head start most DCs wish they'd had. For DCs, the strategies you take home go to work Monday morning, and being around that kind of hunger has a way of waking yours back up.
