Classes cover scheduling and new patient reports, Google reviews, social media, outside talks, screenings, community events, family and pediatric practice, and specialty in-house growth opportunities, with a full clinical track running right alongside, from technique workshops to pain management and rehab.
And this one isn't just for the doctor. DCs, associates, CAs, and spouses all have a seat here, because the best plans get built by everyone who has to live them. Both tracks are open to the whole team, so each person spends the weekend where it moves their practice most.
